Smarter credit guidance in settlements, configurable card surcharge fees, posting fixes, and reliability polish.

- When posting settlements, you'll now see helpful guidance on how unallocated credits will be applied, so there are no surprises at posting time.
- Card surcharge fees can now be configured directly from admin settings.
- Admin AR teams can now validate a company's balances in one place: upload a comparison file, review match and mismatch details down to the account level, and export the full comparison as a downloadable workbook.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed an issue where certain discount payments weren't correctly capturing their associated credits.
- Fixed a case where balance credits weren't being netted properly into settlement files.
- Fixed an issue where balance payments spanning multiple jobs could be posted incorrectly.
- Fixed a hiccup in how retry timing was communicated when integration requests were sent too quickly.
