Browser support
Which web browsers Drypowder supports, and what to do if a page doesn't load or display correctly.
Drypowder is a web application that runs in your browser — there's nothing to download or install. To keep things secure and working smoothly, we support the current and recent versions of all major browsers.
Supported browsers
Drypowder works on the latest versions of:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
- Apple Safari
These browsers are supported on both desktop and mobile, so you can pay an invoice from your computer or your phone. For the best experience, we recommend keeping your browser updated to the latest version. Most browsers update themselves automatically.
Browsers we don't support
Older or legacy browsers — such as Internet Explorer — are not supported. Pages may not load or display correctly, and some features may not work at all. If you're using one of these, please switch to a supported browser above.
Other requirements
- JavaScript and cookies must be enabled. They're on by default in every supported browser.
- A stable internet connection is recommended, especially while submitting a payment.
Troubleshooting
If a page doesn't load or something looks off, these steps resolve most issues:
| Step | What to try |
|---|---|
| Update your browser | Make sure you're on the latest version. |
| Refresh the page | A full reload often clears a temporary glitch. |
| Clear your cache | Clearing cached files and cookies resolves most display problems. |
| Try another browser | If the issue persists, open Drypowder in a different supported browser. |
If you still have trouble after trying these steps, contact your dealer for help.
